Website build
Websites are necessary, but they can be complicated, and that's what we're here for. Whether you want a bespoke site built using modern web technologies, or you'd just like someone to get something set up for you on Wix, WordPress, or similar, we're ready to handle that for you. We don't have set packages, we believe that everyone needs something slightly different from their online presence, so you won't find any pre-made one-size-fits-all solutions, and we aren't just reselling a template to you. Ongoing maintenance
The job of looking after a website doesn't end as soon as it's up online. Your needs change, and your website needs to adapt with you. We are happy to talk about ways in which we can help on an ongoing basis if you'd rather just have someone else look after the site for you.
Consulting
Have a big idea for your website but don't know how to get started? Maybe you've just had a rebrand but aren't sure how to update your site accordingly? Or perhaps you just have another problem that doesn't fit neatly into any given category. Whatever it is, we're always happy to schedule some time to chat, no problem is too small.
Integrations with third-party systems
Have you recently started using a third-party tool to manage bookings? Want to get some visibility on how many people are visiting your site? Or maybe your website is just feeling a bit disconnected from the day-to-day operations of your business. No matter how vague or undefined the issue may be, we're happy to see how we might be able to make things easier for you, so you can get back to running your business and not worrying about keeping your website up to date.
Website rebuilds
Sometimes we all just need a fresh start. Maybe your website was built with a tool like Wix, WordPress, or Squarespace, and your needs have outgrown them, or maybe you've had the same site for so long that it's become out of date and difficult to update. No problem, we'd be more than happy to talk about building you a custom solution that fits your needs. We can also help with hosting, domains, and training to ensure you're all set to keep things up to date without us. If you'd rather we just look after it for you, that's totally fine too!
Accessibility reviews
An oft-overlooked aspect of web development is the needs of people of differing abilities. This can be particularly pervasive on sites built using off-the-shelf tools, where you simply just don't have the flexibility to add the appropriate facilities to cater for prospective customers who may require the use of tools like screen-readers, or who need extra assistance to read text in challenging fonts or colour palettes. Whether your site was built by us or you'd like a review of an existing site, we're more than happy to take a look. We're passionate about making the web work for everyone.
Explanation and training
Sometimes you don't need something new, you just need help understanding what you've already got. We're happy to learn your existing systems for you and offer training and explanations to you and your staff so that you feel more equipped to look after things on your own.
Our prices
At FELD we believe that every job, and every customer, is different. We don't use a one-size-fits-all approach to our work, and the same goes for how we charge for that work. You won't find any "£X for a 6-page website" here, and we aren't just going to slap your name and logo on a template and call it day. We'll work out pricing tailored to your needs, and always confirm you're happy before proceeding.
